mobile application.
Information We Collect
Anonymous Account Data
When you first use Nailux, an anonymous account is automatically created. This account is
identified by a randomly generated ID and is not linked to your name, email address, or any other
personal identifier.
Photos You Provide
You may upload photos of your hands for AI nail design generation. These photos are transmitted to
our servers for processing and are not stored permanently. Uploaded photos are deleted from our
servers after processing is complete.
Purchase Information
If you make in-app purchases (subscriptions or credit packs), transaction data is processed by
Apple through the App Store and by our payment partner RevenueCat. We do not have access to your
payment card details. We receive purchase confirmation data to manage your credits and
subscription status.
Usage Data
We collect basic interaction data such as which features you use and how you navigate the app.
This data helps us maintain app functionality and improve user experience.
AI-Generated Content
Nail design images generated through the app are stored locally on your device. Generated images
are temporarily stored on our servers during the creation process and deleted after you download
them.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
– Provide and maintain our AI nail design generation service
– Process your transactions and manage your subscription and credits
– Ensure app functionality, prevent fraud, and implement security measures
– Improve app performance and fix technical issues
– Respond to customer support requests
We do NOT use your data for:
– Third-party advertising
– Selling data to data brokers
– Tracking you across other apps or websites
– Marketing communications
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase, with industry-standard
encryption. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We retain your data only as
long as necessary to provide our services.
– Uploaded photos: Deleted from servers after AI processing is complete
– Generated images: Temporarily stored, deleted after download by user
– Account data: Retained while you use the app
– Purchase records: Retained as required for transaction management
Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party service providers for the following purposes:
– Cloud Infrastructure — Authentication, data storage, and server-side processing
– Payment Management — Subscription and in-app purchase processing
– AI Processing — Image generation and analysis
These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements and process your data only as
necessary to provide their services. None of these providers use your data for advertising
purposes.
Payments and Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not directly store or have
access to your payment card details.
Subscription plans available:
– Weekly subscription
– Monthly Basic subscription
– Monthly Pro subscription
– One-time credit packs
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions
automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You
can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.
Children’s Privacy
Nailux is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please
contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
– Access the data we hold about you
– Request correction of inaccurate data
– Request deletion of your data and account
– Opt out of any future data collection by deleting the app
Since we use anonymous authentication, your account is not linked to any personal identity.
Deleting the app effectively removes your association with the anonymous account.
Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We ensure that
appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes
through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your
acceptance of the updated policy.
